He was accompanied by Mr. Geoffrey Woodhead, Assistant Commissioner for Innovation and Technology (Infrastructure and Quality Services), Mr. Nicholas Brooke, BBS, JP, Chairman of the HKSTP Corporation and Mr. Anthony Tan, CEO of the HKSTP Corporation.
